Sometimes it’s hard to get to the gym or you only have a short amount of time to squeeze in your workout. These things shouldn’t stop you from working
out entirely. There are so many different workouts you can do from home, especially if you have a CardioTech vibration machine.

workout, all you need is your body.

Here are some exercises that you can do from home with no equipment:

Squats:

Squats are one of the most known exercises that help work all the muscles in the lower part of you body. If you want to work your legs or gluteus and
even your abdominal muscles squats are a great option. This is also an exercise that you can do with your vibration machine if you’ve invested
in one.

Push-Ups:

Push-ups are a great exercise that you can do with your vibration machine or without if you don’t have one. This exercise works your chest,
your arms, your back and your abs.

Lunges:

Lunges are great for your legs if you want to work that area of your body and super easy to do.

Jumping Jacks:

Jumping jacks are excellent especially because they increase your bone density while also working out your body. It’s also an excellent exercise to
do if you want to become quicker because it is a great cardiovascular drill.
