Smoothies: Smoothies are so easy to make and they keep you cool and are a great way to give you your necessary fruit and vegetable intake.

Wraps: Wraps are such a great way to fill you up and stay healthy over summer. They’re so easy to make and you can make it your way. Just make sure
you’ve got your vegies in there.

Salad & BBQ: Barbequing is such a great way to make meals in summer. Toss together a salad and add a few barbequed meats and you’re set for dinner.

Summer is so hot so it’s hard to find motivation to cook your own food rather than getting some fast food but there are so many options in summer.
