Detox Waters

Summer is such a great time to detox the body because your body is already doing most of the work for you. You are already craving the foods that help
with the detox process and you are sweating more, which means you are naturally releasing toxins.

We can also make detoxing in summer much more effective when we take detox baths or drink detoxing waters. There are so many great ways to detox by
adding to your water.

In summer we already crave water so why not make it a detoxing water.

  • 1.Cool Ginger Mint
  • 1 cucumber sliced thin
  • 2 inches fresh, peeled ginger root
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 10-12 mint leaves
  • 2 lemon/lime wedges
  • 2.Watermelon Citrus
  • Cube 1 cup of fresh watermelon
  • Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon and orange
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 orange wedge
  • 5-8 cucumber slices
  • 3.Cucumber mint
  • 2/3 of cucumber into 15-20 thin slices
  • 5-7 whole fresh mint leaves
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt

These are some great detoxing waters you can try over summer. If you already detox make sure it beneficial for the season you’re in. These are so easy
to do in the morning before you head out for the day so give them a go.
