- 1 ½ – 2 fresh stalks of rosemary
- 1 ½ – 2 dried organic oregano leaves
- ½ cucumber sliced thin
- 1 cup cubed kiwi
- 1 whole apple, sliced thin
- 2 orange wedges
- 2 pinches rosemary
- a dash or Himalayan salt
- 10 fresh, whole pear
- 2 lemon wedges
- ½ squeezed orange
- Handful of basil leaves
