Have you ever complained about how hard it is to stay disciplined when it comes to improving your life? You don’t want to be the person who ends up regretting
NOT STARTING!

When you set goals and have time limits you have something that DRIVES you forward. It’s like your best friend motivating you ahead. Setting goals is very
import because without them you have no chance to making any significant changes.

Want a few examples of easy goals?

  • Exercising for 15 minutes a day
  • Go for a walk each day, even if it’s around your office building at lunch time
  • Try cutting out artificial sugars for a week
  • Stretch as soon as your get out of bed each morning

When you set goals, make sure you have people supporting you. You don’t want to be around someone who is going to sit next to you, eat cookies and making
your mouth water. Find people who support you decision and your goals and maybe they might just join you on the journey.

Put it out there that you’re challenging yourself because you might inspire others to do the same. It also keeps you accountable when you have people knowing
what you’re doing and pushing you forward.

Don’t start massive; if you start big you’ll fail big. Start small and grow. Start with 10 minutes a day and then ease yourself into more. You can’t set
goals to work out for an hour a day and eat all healthy when you were eating cheeseburgers yesterday. You need to ease yourself into it otherwise you’ll
fall flat.

But remember; don’t punish yourself if you don’t hit the mark. We all make mistakes and we can’t go back and fix them but we can make the next time better.
