Summer can be quite easy to eat healthier food but it’s a lot harder to workout. The heat can suck away all the motivation and make it harder to stick
to your workout routine.
The best way to beat the heat is to adjust your workout routine. It’s no good doing your winter workout in summer. You’ll have heat stroke before you finish.
Some tips to beat the heat include:
Modify your workout – make sure you change up your regular workout. When it was okay to workout in the middle of the day, now it’s not. Try working
out earlier in the morning or later in the afternoon. Don’t skip your workout because it’s too hot. Modify it. If you have to, head to the gym or put
on the air con for the duration of your workout.
Snack on summer fruits to keep yourself hydrated and to stop yourself from going with an easier but much less healthy option.
