Fitspiration

Things are warming up as we head into Spring and that means Summer is also just around the corner. Now is the perfect time to get started or get back on track with those fitness goals. As the weather improves, so too can our motivational levels when it’s warmer, the days are longer and the excitement of the holiday period builds.

So where to start? The good news is, inspiration is all around us and you can access it whenever and wherever. You don’t have to feel alone in this – thousands of fitness gals are doing this every day and supporting each other in the process. If you need some help with meal planning, a juice recipe, workouts or the right equipment, you only need to turn to social media like Instagram to get you going. Yep, fitspiration. Joining the online fitness community is easy and there are some awesome profiles to choose from; from ballerinas to celebrity trainers. We track some down for you, so check them out, follow them, and make today the start of something GREAT!
