5 Amazing and Simple Smoothies

Banana Ginger Smoothie

  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¾ cup yoghurt
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • ½ cup milk (of you choice)
Method: Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.

Green Tea, Blueberry and Banana

  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ med baana
  • ¾ cup milk (of you choice)
 

Method: Brew tea, add honey and stir until it dissolves, cool. Combine remainder of ingredients in blender and add tea mixture once cooled. Add
more water if needed.

Very Berry Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • ¾ cup milk (of your choice)
  • ¼ cup frozen pitted cherries
  • 1 ½ tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp finely grated ginger
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
 

Method: Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.

Pineapple Passion

  • 1 cup yogurt (of you choice)
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 passion fruit seeds
 
Method: Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.

Mango Madness

  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup fat-free frozen vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 cup ice
 

Method: Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
