26 Reasons to Workout Today

We all have those days when we don’t want to exercise, or we can’t fit it into our busy lives. Hey, we’re only human!  And sometimes we do have time and can workout but lack the motivation to get up and get moving, especially in winter.

But stay positive … one of the easiest things to do is tell yourself you can do it! By turning your thoughts around, you have the will power to not only start exercising but work out even harder than last time. Something your body will be thankful for. 

So position your treadmill somewhere convenient in your home, put on your most comfortable gym gear, and remind yourself why you’re doing it:

1. it makes you feel confident
2. it helps you get stronger
3. you’ll feel proud of yourself
4. you have goals you want to reach
5. you’ll feel bad if you don’t
6. you want to move forward, not backward
7. it burns more calories than not working out
8. it improves your heart health
9. you want a great butt
10. it prevents diabetes
11. you want to be a good example to your kids
12. you want to feel good in your clothes
13. it reduces your risk of cancer
14. your body was made to move
15. you want to look better
16. it lifts your mood
17. it reduces back pain
18. it makes you feel accomplished
19. you spend most of your day on your butt
20. swimsuit season is always coming
21. moving your body feels good
22. it keeps your mind sharp
23. it helps you beat belly bloat
24. you want to be stronger than your excuses
25. not working out isn’t working out for you
26. the only workout you ever regret is the one you skip
